- When will I receive my tracking number?
- You will receive an email with your tracking number within 3-5 days after placing your order. Keep an eye on your inbox for the confirmation and details to track your shipment. - How fast is the delivery?
- Delivery typically takes 5-9 working days after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order anytime on our "Track Your Order" page. - What if my delivery status isn’t updating?
- If your delivery status hasn’t updated, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to refresh. If the issue persists beyond this period, please get in touch with us, and we’ll investigate further. - Can I change my order after placing it?
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is dispatched, and adjustments are limited to certain items. - Can I cancel my order?
- We’re NOT able to cancel complete order once it has been placed. If you need to adjust specific items, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.
