Returns Policy
Welcome to our returns policy. We understand that not every purchase is as expected, which is why we offer the option to return products under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully as agreeing to our terms is binding at the time of purchase and no exceptions will be made.
How to Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 14 days of receipt. To initiate your return, please follow these steps:
Request a returns form from our customer service by sending an email to contact@grace-coventry-collection.com Please clearly state your order number and the reason for the return request.
Conditions for Returns
To successfully return your products, please take the following conditions into account:
- Period: Products can be returned up to 14 days after receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be in the same condition as you received it: unused and in the original packaging. Hygiene products such as bikinis, lingerie and underwear are excluded from returns.
- Returns at Your Own Risk: The return process is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of products during transit back to us. Our company is not liable for any loss or detention of packages at customs during the returns process.
- Track & Trace: A track & trace code is required for all returns. Share this code with us so we can track your package. Without this code we cannot track the shipment and your right to a refund will lapse.
- Pre-Approval: Make sure your return has been pre-approved by our customer service team. Shipments without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
If you have not received a refund after 30 days, we recommend that you first check your bank account again. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us.
Cost
Return Shipping Costs: The costs for returning are at your expense. We recommend a shipping method with track & trace for your own security. The return must be sent to our central warehouse in China, with costs starting at €30.
Attention:
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China at the customer's expense. No returns will be accepted without prior approval or compliance with the above conditions.
